Arthrex is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the PCL TightRope. The PCL TightRope facilitates tibial fixation of the arthroscopic inlay technique. The arthroscopic inlay has been shown to provide the benefits of traditional, open inlay PCL reconstruction with the advantage of being an arthroscopic procedure.
