Arthrex Welcomes Florida Governor

Florida Governor Charlie Crist visited Arthrex Inc. on Thursday, May 21 to sign three bills into law that will stimulate state and regional economic development. Four local legislators, key members of the Collier County Economic Development Council, prominent business leaders and Arthrex employees were in attendance.

Governor Crist, who was introduced to the crowd by Reinhold Schmieding, Founder and President of Arthrex, commended Arthrex on being a perfect example of entrepreneurship at work and is hopeful that the newly signed legislation will encourage other businesses.
