Q: How can I get access to the restricted section of the Arthrex website?

A: All you have to do in order to get access to the restricted section of the Arthrex website is this: Click the link "Register" on the Arthrex homepage, fill out the registration form and click submit. You will instantly receive an e-mail with your activation ID. Q: I already created an account but cannot login to the website?

A: Make sure that you are using the correct user name and password. If you are unsure about your user name and password or if you forgot your user name and password, we will send you your login information via e-mail. Click here to receive your user name and passowrd via e-mail. Also make sure that you activate your account before you log in for the first time. Q: How do I download a document?

A: In order to download a document, move your mouse pointer over the title of the document. Click your right mouse button to open the menu. Select "Save Target As" and choose the location of your harddrive where you would like to save the document to. Back to top of page
 
Q: I cannot open/view PDF documents.

A: Please make sure that you have Acrobat Reader installed. You can download Acrobat Reader free of charge from the Adobe website: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. If you are using an older version of Acrobat Reader and encountering problems viewing PDF documents, please download and install the newest version of Acrobat Reader.
