Course Fees:

• $500: Saturday single-day course at our Naples, Los Angeles, or Scottsdale facility.
• $600: Week-day single-day course at our Naples, Los Angeles, or Scottsdale facility.
• $1,000: Two-day symposium or single-day course at an off-site location.
• NOTE: Fellows will be charged the same fees as noted above unless they are attending a region fellows' course.
