Die ulnare Bohrkanal-TFCC-Reparaturtechnik (triangulärer fibrokartilaginärer Komplex) stellt eine zuverlässige und reproduzierbare Option zur Versorgung peripherer ulnarer Rupturen dar. Durch die Reparatur sowohl der oberflächlichen als auch der tiefen Schichten (Ligamentum subcruentum) des TFCC bis hinunter zum Knochen ermöglicht diese Technik die Wiederherstellung einer anatomischen TFCC-Insertion. FiberStick- und FiberWire-Fäden sorgen für eine feste und dauerhafte Naht des Discus articularis.1 Der 2.5 mm Mini PushLock- oder 2.5 mm Nano-SwiveLock-Anker ermöglicht eine endgültige knotenlose Fixierung ohne vorstehendes Material.
