At the beginning of May, Cyclone Nargis caused devastation in Myanmar: thousands of people lost their lives in the horrendous storm and 1.5 million became homeless. Since then, thousands of injured have been treated and humanitarian aid distributed.

The difficult political situation means that it is not possible to implement a concrete project at the present time, but the Arthrex Foundation, nevertheless, wishes to ensure that assistance can be given, and is therefore donating € 10,000 to a so-called umbrella fund (disaster relief fund).
